? Product Description
■ With the Shuttle Chef, just take it off the heat and let it do the work.
The Shuttle Chef is a cooking appliance that allows for heat retention cooking, where a cooking pot heated for a short time is kept warm by an insulated container, and food is cooked using residual heat. Since it slowly cooks with residual heat without continuous heating, it prevents food from falling apart and allows flavors and umami to penetrate while preserving the original taste of the ingredients.
■ Cooking with high heat retention effect
Maintains high temperatures for long periods, allowing cooking while keeping food warm.
■ Thick bottom that resists scorching
The bottom of the cooking pot has a 5.0mm thick design that transfers heat easily and resists scorching. (Includes clad bottom)
■ Compatible with various heat sources
Can be used in any household regardless of the heat source.
*Gas, electric plates, induction cookers (IH), halogen heaters, sheathed heaters, radiant heaters
■ Easy-to-see tempered glass lid
The lid of the cooking pot is made of transparent tempered glass, allowing you to easily see the cooking status.
