This is a miniature set that reproduces the decorations for the 12 traditional Japanese events enjoyed since ancient times, featuring a Japanese-style room with a tokonoma (alcove) and monthly art pieces that can be displayed there.
It was produced as a limited reservation item from 2001 to 2002. The price for one month's set was approximately ￥20,000, and the complete set (12 months of accessories + Japanese-style room) was over ￥200,000.

I am selling the accessory set for April - Cherry Blossom Viewing which I received as a duplicate.
I received it in unused condition and only opened it for the purpose of taking photos for this listing.
It is said to be 25 years old, but it is in very clean condition overall, and the box for the koto and the explanatory booklet are also clean.
Since I received it, there are two spots on the back of the stacked bento box where the paint is thin (part of the design?).
