This is a cute, small, round one-handed pot from Iga ware.
The color is the popular ame-yu (amber glaze).
Made of heat-resistant ceramic, it has excellent heat retention and heat storage properties, and its far-infrared effect draws out the umami of ingredients, resulting in mellow dishes.
It is ideal for single-person cooking, such as porridge, zosui (rice porridge), soup, yudofu (boiled tofu), and noodle dishes.
