Made in Japan, this is a Hokusei product from over 40 years ago. They no longer manufacture pots, and are now Hokusei Products Co., Ltd.
Height approx. 8cm, Handle length approx. 15cm
Plate thickness 2mm, the thickness provides heat retention, and the aluminum handle is durable. Overall, it is sturdy and leans towards professional use.
There is some discoloration on the inside from a few uses, but it does not affect usability.
