This is a vacuum insulated double-layered stock pot. It is suitable for low-temperature cooking, secondary sterilization, and energy saving. It cooks ingredients without losing nutrients, maintaining their shape, and resulting in tender dishes.

The vacuum insulation structure minimizes heat loss to the outside, allowing for long-term simmering and cooking with minimal energy for maximum cooking time.

Uses the included immersion heater.

You can repeat the cycle of residual heat cooking -> heating -> residual heat cooking -> heating. Since the temperature can be maintained consistently, it is ideal for making chashu for ramen and for making soup.
It is also suitable for dishes that require long simmering, such as braised pork, as it yields well and cooks tenderly.
The temperature can be set precisely in 1-degree increments, allowing you to adjust it for various stewed dishes like curry and stew. Low-temperature cooking can also be easily performed.
It can also be used in combination with vacuum cooking. Long-term low-temperature simmering without using vacuum packs is also possible.
