Unlike other products, these are not hollowed out, peeled, or shaved, so many customers have told us how much they appreciate the difference in hardness and how much their pets engage with them!

Please note that these are amateur measurements and may have errors.
Please compare the size to your pet's mouth size and the size of their current stuffed animals or balls.
For pets in their teething phase, male Japanese dogs, and active breeds with strong chewing power, a slightly thicker branch that they can just manage to hold will provide longer enjoyment.
Pear wood branches are less likely to have splinters, and the wood shavings after chewing crumble like cork, so they are harmless if swallowed.
These branches are from pear trees in Niigata Prefecture, peeled one by one and dried for two years.
*Measured with a moisture meter, moisture content is approximately 0%.
As these are amateur handmade items, they are cut with a chainsaw and the small branches are sanded with a belt sander (file). Please understand that there may be missed spots or cracks/splits due to excessive drying.
As they are made of wood, their teeth will not be damaged. If you choose the size carefully, there is no risk of injuring their mouths, but please allow your pet to play under your supervision.
Please refrain from use if your pet has fruit allergies.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for uses other than as a chew toy.
