This pocket chief was purchased approximately 30 years ago at Barneys New York Yokohama.

It was originally folded in the The Three Point Fold, so just putting it in your breast pocket will brighten up your chest.

I searched for MACMILLAN, but no results came up, so it's possible they went out of business in the last 30 years.
