Rare ★ Italian Sevi Wooden Vintage Music Box Handmade

This is a vintage wooden music box from Sevi, a long-established wooden toy manufacturer in Italy.

I am currently 53 years old, and when I was a child, my mother bought this for me as a souvenir from her trip to Italy. I have kept it at home for many years, but I am now selling it as part of decluttering.

The gentle colors and the design, which conveys the warmth of wood and is unique to handmade items, are very cute, and it's healing just to have it on display.

The girl sitting and reading a book serves as the winding mechanism. When you wind it to the right and then pull the white handle on the side towards you, the music plays.

While the music is playing, the girl rotates, and the rocking horse the boy is riding sways back and forth. As this music box is over 40 years old, both the sound and movement are very slow, but the melody still resonates beautifully.

There are minor scratches and some dirt due to age, but I believe it is in a tasteful condition for a vintage item. Please check the photos and consider purchasing if you understand this. It is highly unlikely you will encounter the same item again.

This is recommended not only for music box lovers but also for those who like European雑貨 (zakka - miscellaneous goods), wooden toys, retro雑貨, Scandinavian interiors, and flea market aesthetics.
