Overall, there is some slight soiling, but there is no significant damage, and I think this is a piece you can still wear. The color is a muted Saxe blue, which is a very nice color. The zippers on the left chest pocket and the back pocket use Talon zippers, which suggests it's from the 1970s-1980s. The front zipper is a double zip.
