3COINS Fountain Mat Water Play Mat

I purchased this at 3COINS but haven't had a chance to use it, so it's been stored at home. It's new inside as it hasn't been opened, but the exterior has some cosmetic flaws (the plastic packaging is wrinkled, and the instruction paper is partially torn). I would appreciate it if you understand this before purchasing.
