Bontan pants? Gakuran pants, modified school uniform, Wattack

Student uniform, bontan style, I believe it's called.
I purchased this new for a party performance and wore it about twice, so I believe it's still in very good condition.
The actual waist measurement is around 76-78 cm.
The hem is only temporarily secured with tape, so I believe it can be lengthened by about 10 cm. For reference, I am 175 cm tall and weigh 78 kg.
I am selling it because I no longer have an opportunity to wear it.
