Now you can go out together! ♡ (pq•᎑•)
We cannot accommodate additional individual photos.
To avoid issues, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor differences such as facial features, fur texture, tags, or lot variations.
We only perform basic inspections.
We will ship via Packet Post (the original packaging is compressed, so please fluff it up well).
Some hamsters have long fur that makes their eyes hard to see. As LivHeart also advises, you may want to trim and groom them.
The QR tag has a hologram sticker. When we inquired with LivHeart Japan, they explained that for products sold in China, they apply a license sticker to distinguish them from counterfeits. The specifications differ from those in Japan.
We have not removed and verified the sticker, so we cannot confirm the accuracy of the UI. As the item is unopened, we cannot provide support for this.
If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing.
