Flash Valve Strobe National Hyper BII Camera

Found in my parents' warehouse.

It is called a Flash Valve Emitter, National Hyper BII.
The silver wings open like a fan.
This is the first time I have seen it.

The batteries inside are damaged.
As there is a rule against enclosing batteries,
they will be removed before shipping.

Please consider this a junk item.
