This is a Sanwa Supply Monitor Arm CR-LA303.
It is unused. The box is slightly dirty.

A wall-mounted LCD monitor arm.
Also compatible with LCD TVs.

Features:
A space-saving, compact arm that is fixed to the wall.
Compliant with VESA standards, it can mount LCD displays with mounting holes of 75x75mm and 100x100mm.
Suitable for mounting LCD displays up to 12kg.
Easy installation by simply sliding it into the bracket fixed to the wall.
Adjustable up, down, left, and right angles. (90° each for up/down and left/right)
*If mounted on a wall with weak rigidity, the display may fall off.
*Please consider the rigidity of the wall sufficiently when deciding where to install it.
*Always use both hands when moving the display.
*The tightness can be adjusted with the included wrench.
