This is a belted trench coat, likely from the Kumikyoku brand, manufactured by Onward Kashiyama Co., Ltd.
I say likely because this appears to be a pilot version before it was released for sale.
There is no brand tag, and the product tag is handwritten.

However, the product itself is a finished item and is well-made.

The lining is a feminine pink or reddish-purple color, which is lovely.

The belt is detachable.

All buttons on the main body, lining, belt, and cuffs are secure.

There are two pockets on the sides of the waist.

Cleaned.

There are no noticeable scratches, dirt, or stains, and it is generally in good condition.
