THE NORTH FACE / Size : M The North Face SUMMIT SERIES Down Jacket 90s Red, Size M?

The inner product tag is peeling off and there are cut marks. I purchased this new at a The North Face outlet store, so I believe the store cut it during the sale.
The size is listed as 90, but I think it's about a men's M size (between M and L).
The neck area looks a bit black, but it's unclear whether it's dirt or the color of the edge.
