A special collaboration item celebrating the 25th anniversary of 〈BEAMS BOY〉.
■ Design
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of 〈BEAMS BOY〉, we created a denim jacket that can be casually styled as formal wear.
The base silhouette is inspired by an archival 〈BEAMS BOY〉 original navy blazer.
■ Details
The bar tacks and the piping at the center back feature ORANGE, the corporate color of 〈BEAMS〉, adding a celebratory touch to this special collaboration item.
■ Material
Selvedge denim created by 〈orSlow〉 based on an analysis of 1950s denim.
This is a precious denim that can only be woven at a rate of about 40m per day on old-fashioned shuttle looms.
