DX Antenna 45cm BS/CS Antenna. Shipping scheduled for 3/27.

This is the antenna currently in use for BS reception.
It has been installed and used in my apartment since February 2024, but I would like to sell it as my new residence has a communal antenna.
I believe the performance and condition are good, but since it is a used item with 2 years of use, I have marked it as Slightly scratched or dirty. Please check the photos.

The product includes everything currently used for viewing. Based on the instruction manual in the last photo, this includes the reflector, converter arm, long cable, short cable, and waterproof cap.
The balcony/wall mounting bracket described in the manual (not usable with wide handrails) is not included. However, a separately purchased mounting bracket for concrete balcony handrails (the balcony it was installed on had a width of approximately 13 cm) is included, as shown in the photos.
Everything shown in the photos, including the instruction manual, is included in this listing. I believe it would be suitable for those who plan to install it on a concrete balcony like I did.

Regarding shipping, as it is still in use, shipping is scheduled for March 27th (Friday).
Also, due to moving preparations, the listing period will be until March 22nd (Sunday).
While it is sold as is (no returns or exchanges), I would appreciate your consideration.
Thank you.

I installed it myself. Based on online information, I found a spot that gets sunlight around 3 PM and adjusted the antenna direction while looking at the TV's signal reception screen. I was able to install it without any particular difficulty.
