This item was handmade by myself, with 25 years of welding experience.
It is TIG welded securely, so you can use it with confidence.
Please note that the painting is done by an amateur, so it's just a basic finish.

The back of the base plate is stainless steel, so there's no need to worry about the bottom rusting.

As mentioned above, although the item is new and unused, please be aware that there may be minor scratches and uneven paint due to amateur painting.

The rubber part was also made by me, but if the rubber wears out, it can be replaced with Sakugoe rubber.

Pipe part / Steel, outer diameter 38mm, 34mm thickness 1.6mm
Base plate / Steel thickness 3.2mm + 2.0mm stainless steel hairline (bonded with Sumitomo 3M structural joining tape)
Chain / Stainless steel
Weight / Steel + Stainless steel 25mm zinc-plated finish
