Heartland CX 601MLFS-S Must-See Product Description

I purchased this rod on Mercari a week ago. There was a scratch between the 3rd and 4th guides from the tip, and it made a slight piki-piki sound when flexed. Upon stripping the paint, I discovered a crack in the solid tip. I didn't notice any issues when I caught a fish two days ago. I'm looking for someone who can repair it or isn't overly concerned about minor imperfections.
