Tuned Taigong Extra High Octave e" Used

Tuned Taiko Gong
Extra High Octave E Used

Purchased new from a percussion specialty store in Tokyo.
Although it is a used item, I believe its condition is not much different from when it was purchased new.

I played it with felt-wrapped, yarn-wrapped, and cotton-thread-wrapped mallets. I did not use hard mallets made of metal or plastic.

For your reference, I have included images taken with a tuner.
As is characteristic of the instrument, it contains many various overtones, and its pitch is not as precise as that of a keyboard instrument.
To the ear, it sounds close to the approximate pitch.

We ask for your understanding of the above points and request no claims/no returns.
