German percussion maker SONOR (Zonoa) Red wooden xylophone with scale + 2 mallets

From SONOR, one of Germany's leading percussion instrument manufacturers, comes the Orff Series of instruments for young children. This is the Metalphone NG Series, a xylophone with striking red keys.

The Metalphone NG Series is SONOR's best-selling xylophone, loved in Japan for many years. The keys, all of which can be removed, are precisely tuned with a slight shaving on the back of each key to produce accurate scales and meticulous attention has been paid to creating beautiful tones.
The clear, resonant sound of the metal resonates with the wooden soundbox, producing a warm sound rich in overtones.

The Double Metalphone NG30, which includes half-steps corresponding to the black keys of a piano, has a 19-note C major scale.
