Junk NEC PC-9801RX 16-bit PC with 5-inch FDD

The NEC PC-9801RX is a 16-bit personal computer equipped with a 5-inch FDD.
Main unit only. For those who can restore it.

Does not make the pikon sound and does not boot.
There was a rumor about 20.5 years ago that Aum Shinrikyo ran a computer shop. I wonder if it's still open lol. I'd like to buy it if there are any rare software or mice.
It was on the 3rd floor of the building right next to the nearby station. That shop.
