This is a stylish three-layered obi accessory (eri) combining Edo Komon and chirimen silk.
The red fabric is genuine silk Edo Komon. It's a slightly muted red, close to crimson. It features a subtle kan'ai anzen (peace in the home) pattern, a sophisticated detail that discerning eyes will appreciate. The fabric has a pleasant texture and is of high quality.
The middle light blue fabric is polyester with a chirimen finish. It's a gentle and beautiful light blue.
The pinkish fabric is also genuine silk. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice a luxurious chirimen silk fabric with a subtle saya-gara (geometric pattern) woven into it. The color is a salmon pink with a hint of orange.
The two inner chirimen fabrics have a sparkling, stylish finish.
