【New & Unused】BEAMS HEART Corduroy Roll-Up Pants, Size M

I bought two pairs of pants on Rakuten Fashion, but they didn't fit. I'm selling one pair that I haven't used. They are new and unused, but have been stored in my closet at home.
For wearing examples and size details, please check the websites of brands like BEAMS.

Brand: BEAMS HEART
Color: BEIGE
Size: M

I purchased these online and haven't opened the plastic bag, but they have been stored in my closet at home.
Afterward, in response to a question about the measurements, I took them out of the plastic bag once to take photos, so please be aware of this.

Also, I apologize, but I will be folding them for shipping, so please understand.

Thank you.
