Kinko-ryu, Mid-jointed, Rattan-wrapped, Silver-rimmed mouthpiece

Uncertain if the three-line inlay is gold or silver.

Received as a gift, but sound has been confirmed.

There is no looseness in the mid-joint.

The tone and resonance are considered good.

As this is a used shakuhachi, there are scratches, scuffs, and dirt as shown in the photos.

There are no air leaks and no issues with playing, but as shown in the photos, there are thin cracks near the inside of the mid-joint and near the end of the node.

Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues.

Recommended for those looking for a 2.1 shaku flute.
