Nebuta Hand-clapping Chime Chime

Purchased about 3 years ago for my child. It was only played with at home, but there are some dents on the outer edge. Also, over time, the color has changed, so I have polished it with brass polish, but some dirt remains.

Diameter is approximately 12 cm.
