At the Junie Moon store,
I was told they are for 1/6 size dolls.

They might also fit
custom dolls,
Pure Neemo S,
Obitsu,
Cherie-chan,
Licca-chan,
Neo Blythe,
and Momoko dolls.

I haven't tried them on, so I'm not sure.
