SONY Reel-to-Reel Tape Recorder TC-222 [Junk Item]

Sony Open Reel Tape Recorder
TC-222

This item belonged to my parents, so I'm not familiar with its detailed operation, but it appears to power on. The tape sometimes rotates and sometimes does not. Rewinding works. One of the battery compartments cannot be opened, so the condition inside is unknown. It is also unknown if it produces sound.

Overall, there is dirt, damage, and parts of the metal components have come loose.
Please understand that this is a [Junk Item].
