Model is 175cm tall and tried them on.
Shamefully, with a waist of 86cm and a bit of a belly, the top buttons on both sides would not close.

The inseam is quite long, and there is damage from the previous owner, but since these are painter pants, they should be fine with rolling up the cuffs.
