Sailor Uniform Miko Style toalice One-Piece Dress

This is a shrine maiden-style sailor dress from the Chinese Lolita brand Toalice. It's quite short, so if you're tall, I think bloomers are a must. I bought it about 10 years ago, but I never had a chance to wear it, so it's been stored in my closet with the tags still attached.
