This is a Polo Chino by Ralph Lauren.

The black watch-like check on these older Polo Chinos is quite rare, I think.

Many check pants of this type have a strong taper or are narrow, but these are labeled W34 and have pleats, so they can be worn with a wider fit, which is a good point.

I don't think the inseam is 32, but I think the size is good for many people.
