This is Mikey's wig.
As some time has passed since its creation, there are some loose threads and the hair has some kinks.
Areas where the hair is styled to look tied are reinforced with bobby pins because they would come undone and the adhesive would peel.
(If you remove the bobby pins, the hair will spring out.)

The rubber band holding the bangs is attached to the wig, possibly due to deterioration, and is difficult to remove.
