Japan Red Cross Instructor Embroidered Patch with Vinyl Case, Showa Retro, Emergency Medical Technician

This is an embroidered patch (with a vinyl case) that was issued to instructors of the Japanese Red Cross Society.
During the Showa era, lifeguards would sew these onto their running gear as a symbol of status.
Deadstock items like this are rare, I believe.
