Ballet Foot Stretcher WOHOO (Rubber sold separately)

This wooden ballet foot stretcher is perfect for improving foot flexibility.

I believe I purchased it for around 12,000 yen. I bought it for my children and replaced the elastic bands about twice. Currently, the elastic bands are not included, so please be aware of this when purchasing. You can likely purchase replacement bands online for around 3,000 yen.

I worked hard to improve my instep, but I'm not sure if it was effective or not... Unfortunately, I've stopped participating in competitions now.

No elastic bands. No instruction manual.
