The bust area has a liner, but it is sewn in, so pads cannot be inserted inside.
Because the fabric is sturdy, it has a liner, and the top layer is lace fabric, I didn't find the bust line to be a major concern.

I received this from someone else, but it was a bit too tight for my body type, so I'm passing it on to someone who can wear it!
