JOEMEEK Pro Channel VC3 - Supervised by NEVE

I believe the gold lettering on this Joe Meek is rare.
I've heard it's an early model supervised by Neve.

The power supply was made separately and provided.

Regarding this unit,
when the output knob is set to around 2 o'clock for Unity gain, the output in my environment is low, so I haven't used it in recent years and am now selling it.
I think this is a great unit for those seeking a sound with a strong presence.

This is the gold letter version, only engraved on the initial production run supervised by Rupert Neve.
Known overseas as the GOLD LETTER Version, it rarely appears on the used market and is traded at a premium price.

Because the GOLD LETTER version is a model supervised by Rupert Neve only on the initial production run, the mic preamp's sound quality is evaluated as being closer to vintage Neve sound compared to the normal (black lettering) models.

The value of this mic preamp section is extremely high. Compared to the normal models often seen at auction, the low-mid range is thicker, and when used with the Enhance function, the high frequencies gain a seductive sheen. The optical compressor also provides a unique, sticky, enveloping sound, and saturation can be increased, allowing for a very versatile range of tones from a single unit.
