A Smooth Trip from Analog to Digital
The DigiMax DP88 features highly-regarded Burr-Brown converters, delivering top-class digital conversion up to 96kHz. These converters offer a dynamic range of 118dB, and with a clock jitter below 50 picoseconds, they smoothly and naturally capture complex harmonic content. This allows you to capture every detail of a performance, including breaths and transients, without loss.

Easy MIDI Control
While not offering the same level of integration as the Studio 192 with all audio interfaces, the DigiMax DP88 is equipped with MIDI I/O, allowing for easy remote control from anywhere. By using simple MIDI CC messages for control level, phantom power, and direct ADC input, the DigiMax DP88 fits into any DAW environment. Simply connect it to your MIDI interface and enable it as a MIDI device within your DAW to remotely control the XMAX preamps and recall preamp settings along with your audio sessions.
