- The back surface must be soft (high internal loss) to cancel out sound waves generated inside the speaker.

- Must be durable (high rigidity) to vibrate intensely back and forth.

The double-layer paper-making (W-RPM) method resolves these conflicting requirements and allows for an ideal diaphragm structure.
This is an innovative diaphragm born from the application of paper-making techniques from Yamataami in Mino City, Gifu Prefecture.
