This is a heavy antique top-loading balance scale (analytical balance) housed in a wooden glass case.
It is believed to have been used in old pharmacies, research laboratories, and schools.
The texture of the aged wood and the quality of the brass-like metal parts are very beautiful, making it a piece that will enhance any space just by being displayed. How about using it for store displays or as interior decor for your room?

• Exterior: There are scratches, dirt, peeling wood, cloudy glass, and detached parts due to age.
• Mechanism: We have confirmed that the needle moves, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy as a precision measuring instrument. Please consider it as an antique miscellaneous item for display purposes only.
