We make our own rigs to address the dissatisfaction with disposable commercial products.
Some may find the price per rig high, but isn't it more cost-effective than disposable rigs costing around 400 yen? After fishing, you can wind it back onto the rig winder as it was, wash it with fresh water, and dry it to use it multiple times. We ourselves rarely change rigs unless the size needs to be changed or the leader is cut by a pufferfish.
Both the main line and leader are fluoro, making them less prone to tangling. The thickness is also designed to resist being cut by fish like mackerel that sometimes get mixed in. The hooks are small horse mackerel body-beaten hooks soldered into W-hooks for excellent strength. Also, the hooks are spaced apart, making it harder to lose fish, but slightly harder to remove them once caught.
With ultra-keimura flashers attached, and the core processed with glow and ultra-keimura resin, they have high appeal day and night, so you can catch a decent amount even without bait, but of course, you'll catch more with bait.
