Used Ratoc Systems SCSI PCI board, PC130L (Rev.1.0).
It was used with an Epson Direct tower desktop PC until the Windows XP era.
Drivers are not included, so please download them from the manufacturer's website or other sources.
As this is an old product, it is unknown whether drivers are compatible with Windows 7-11.
