From the 90s, perhaps.
I was inspired by punk, rode an American chopper motorcycle, and couldn't afford Red Wing boots. I thought Hawkins boots were uncool, so I decided Chippewa was the way to go. I bought these boots with the money I scraped together.

Leather products gain character over the years, and these boots have a worn-in look that exudes a punk biker vibe.
