Small Woofer TangBand / W4-792SC (Pair)

This is a small woofer from TangBand. Please enlarge the printed manual in the photos to check the specifications. I purchased it new and used it for about 10 years, but I am selling it because I bought powered monitor speakers. It has already been discontinued and seems to be rarely available even on the used market. The manufacturer's manual describes it as a subwoofer, and although it is approximately 10 cm in diameter, I believe it provides a decent amount of low frequencies. Since the output level is low (86db), if you pair it with mid-range or full-range speakers, you can add a light and agile bass without it being too heavy. I believe it was around 7,000 yen for a pair when I bought it, but I couldn't find the exact selling price at the time by searching online.

There is double-sided rubber tape on the back of the magnet to fix a capacitor. I will send it with the tape protected by masking tape without removing it, as it might look messy if removed forcefully. If you are concerned, please try removing it yourself after purchase.

There are no sound quality issues at the moment, but please consider your purchase taking into account that it has been many years since it was bought. The original box is not included, so it will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and cardboard for shipping.

*Sound output has been confirmed by connecting wires, but sound output confirmation with it mounted in a box has not been performed.
