Atlas Vintage Atlas E-Z Seal Glass Canning Jar Original Lid Wire Bail Hazel Atlas

Beautiful vintage Atlas E-Z Seal clear glass canning jar complete with its original glass lid and wire bail closure. The jar features the classic raised “ATLAS E-Z SEAL” lettering on the front and “BAIL HERE” embossing around the neck. The heavy glass lid fits into the original wire-bail closure. One particularly nice feature of this example is the condition of the metal hardware—the wire bail shows no visible rust, which can be difficult to find on these older jars. The original glass lid also contains a small trapped air bubble in the glass, a charming manufacturing characteristic commonly found in early glassware. This is within the glass itself and is not a chip or crack. A wonderful piece of vintage American kitchenware for a collection, farmhouse pantry display, vintage kitchen décor, or storage/display of dry goods and small items.
