Women's Pearl Tie
This is quite old. Use it by threading it onto your own ribbon or necklace. It's likely from a Viva You or Hiromichi Nakano store. The tip of the ballpoint pen is probably glued. It's made of velvet material with faux pearls. Some threads may be loose.
