This is a half-juban (under-kimono shirt) with a half-collar, size M.
You can wear a kimono directly over this, so a full-length juban is unnecessary, making it ideal for casual kimonos. It adds a polished look when worn with a yukata. Since it has tube sleeves, you don't need to match the sleeve length or裄 (yuki - sleeve length from center back to cuff) with your kimono, allowing you to enjoy kimono life with ease. It also comes with an erinuki (collar support), so the neckline will look neat.
The opening under the half-collar allows for the insertion of a collar stiffener. You can also wear it with your favorite half-collar attached from the top.
