This is a famous vintage pyun-pyun machine that can create siren and other sound effects. It was frequently used in authentic Jamaican dancehall scenes from the 1980s onwards.
Reggae sound systems in Japan also favored its use, making this a rare and desirable item for enthusiasts that is difficult to obtain!

There is some evidence of use and age-related deterioration, but
it has been confirmed that there are no issues with its sound output functionality. I believe it is in relatively good condition, so please check the photos for details.
