N/A Vintage Lighted Halloween Ghost Ceramic Candy Bowl Dish

Vintage Ceramic Scary Ghost Halloween Lighted Candy Bowl Trinket Dish Has a mark on his right hand, it looks like a pencil but I don't think it's cracked because it doesn't feel like it. I took a photo of the back and it's intact, and his left eye, has like a little crack line, but I think it's a manufacturing error because the crack doesn't continue.
