This is a READYMADE snowboard, model DAMN 155.

The deck features the markings DAMN 155 and READY MADE.

In shop descriptions from that era, READYMADE was introduced as a domestic brand manufactured by Ogasaaka, and the DAMN was described as a freestyle board employing a double camber M ROCKER.
This model was also noted as featuring graphics designed by MADBUNNY.

The board was sent for tuning after the end of the season and has been stored indoors since.
